I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas (whoosh!) and from McGovern Medical School in Houston, Texas. After one year of psychiatry residency, I took a gap year to serve with InterVarsity at the University of Arkansas, during which (through lots of prayer and discernment) I decided to leave residency and stay on staff with InterVarsity.
I am currently serving at the University of Houston as a campus staff minister, working with our multinational chapter there as well as doing some focus work with Black and Native students. I also help mobilize students across the region to live more missionally through our regional justice programs. What a joy and privilege to get to pour into students with the love of Jesus, develop them into gospel-minded world changers, and partner with God in His kingdom work on the college campus!
