I am on staff at InterVarsity because God is up to something with Generation Z. They are passionate, cause driven, world changers in development. And yet, the most cause-oriented generation is disconnected from the most cause-oriented organization, the Church. These students and future leaders must be formed to see God's role in their deep desire for justice. They might be looking for justice, but as people of faith, we know they are looking for God. Through InterVarsity, we have the opportunity to walk alongside these young world changers and shape their worldview. What an awesome opportunity.
