National Ministry: Various InterVarsity Areas all across the country.

Ministry Focus: Leading and equipping staff working with students on a set of campuses, as well as more seasoned staff who are supervising those campus staff.

1. Standing in the gap while Area Directors or other Staff Directors are either departing InterVarsity or on sabbatical (6-12 month assignments, one location at a time).

2. Coaching staff in all aspects of campus ministry, personal and professional development.

• Growing students' and staff in their faith, their discipleship, and their engagement in the Kingdom.
• A few of InterVarsity's initiatives include: transforming students, transforming faculty, growing dynamic leaders, mobilizing for missions, and sending Christ-centered people into every profession and walk of life!
